At Kona, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your athletic journey, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the gear passes our quality inspection.
